Before e-PKK, data for PKK Nganjuk Regency—such as households, dasawisma groups, cadres, and activities—was spread across paper forms, Excel files, and chat apps. Compiling reports from villages and sub-districts to the regency level was slow and error-prone.
The organization needed a centralized system where each level (regency, sub-district, village, and dasawisma) could input and update data in a consistent format to support reporting and decision-making.
